I think my old computer has finally come to the end of its life. The Win2000 partition gave up the ghost a few months ago, and now the Win98 partition has followed it. So, at long last, there go the working copies of all my old Might & Magic games, Eye of the Beholder 1–3, Wizardry 6–8, Hexen, and a few more. I can still play MM6–8 on my old laptop, but it won't handle MM9, and it doesn't have enough base memory for the DOS shell to run MM1–5. So that's the end of an era.
