More often than not, they end up under the tavern there — the Will o' the Wisp, I think it is. I usually don't have TK when I first go there, so I have to go back for them later. (That reminds me, I need to go back in my current game to loot that hidden chest in Corlagon's Estate.) Those horseshoes are in addition to the ones in the Ironfist stables. And I assume you've found the ones in the crater of the volcano in New Sorpigal?
