look up. If you move around a litle bit, sooner or later a crack will appear between the floorboards and reveal the door to that expert teacher. You can thn click on the the door and receive your expert fly skill. Alternatively, you can take the coach service in TCC from Ka'tan to Port Sliegon which runs all the time now on Tuesdays and Saturdays. You do not have to go to Port Sliegon (Freehaven) first as you did in the original game. All the expert teachers (save the mirrored path) are located there also.
