That's some serious growth from such a start (not counting garage operators in computers who became billionaires, of course, but book selling is a rather mundane business you wouldn't expect to offer so much scope for expansion). Anyway, I was in ANOTHER local outlet of theirs yesterday and saw two different varieties of the Millennium edition there.They had the "regular size" package for $10, and an enlarged one that seemed to have the same contents, priced $5 higher. Only one of those, and about four of the others. All of them looked to be new, unused, at both stores.
